The Command Dashboard is where analysts start their day. It provides a single-pane-of-glass view across all your managed workspaces.
What You’ll See
- Incident Overview — Active incidents across all workspaces, filterable by severity, status, and workspace
- Closed Incident Trends — Track resolution velocity and incident volume over time
- Workspace Performance — Compare incident handling metrics across customer workspaces
- Gamebook Activity — Recent Gamebook executions, success/failure status, and pending approvals
Filtering Incidents
Use the filter bar at the top of the dashboard to narrow your view:
- Workspace filter — Select one or multiple workspaces
- Severity filter — High, Medium, Low, Informational
- Status filter — New, Active, Closed
- Time range — Filter by incident creation or last updated date
Pin your most critical customer workspaces as favorites for quick access. Click the star icon next to any workspace name.
Taking Action from the Dashboard
Click any incident to open it in the Workbench, where you can investigate entities, build Gamebooks, and execute response actions.
