Configuration Steps

Open Agent Center

Navigate to Agent Center from the main navigation.

Create or select an SDA

Click + Create Agent or select an existing agent to configure.

Assign workspaces

Select which customer workspaces this SDA should monitor and respond to.

Set the operating mode

Choose the adoption phase: Manual, Automatic, or Full Autonomous.

Configure severity thresholds

For Automatic and Autonomous modes, set which severity levels the agent should act on (High, Medium, Low, Informational).

Set the queue mode

Set Mode to On Queue so the SDA begins processing incidents.
If Mode is not set to “On Queue”, the SDA will not process any incidents.

Save and verify

Save configuration. Check the Agent Execution History to verify the agent is processing incidents.
