Agent Center Deployment Failed

Cause: Insufficient Azure permissions or resource quota limits. Fix:
  1. Verify Subscription Owner access in the target Azure subscription
  2. Check for Azure Policy restrictions blocking AI Foundry resource creation
  3. Verify subscription quota for the required resource types
  4. Retry deployment from Agent Center → Deploy

SDA Not Processing Incidents

Cause: Most commonly, the agent’s Mode is not set to “On Queue.” Fix:
  1. Go to Agent Center and select the agent
  2. Verify Mode is set to On Queue
  3. Verify the agent is assigned to the correct workspaces
  4. Check severity thresholds match the severity of incoming incidents
  5. Review Agent Execution History for error messages

Logic App Disabled

Cause: A deployment issue or Azure platform event may have disabled the Logic App. Fix:
  1. Go to the Azure Portal
  2. Navigate to the ContraForce resource group
  3. Find the disabled Logic App
  4. Click Enable to reactivate it
  5. Verify it’s running by checking the run history

Agent Making Incorrect Decisions

Fix:
  1. Review Agent Execution History
  2. If the agent is in Automatic or Autonomous mode, consider stepping back to Manual mode
  3. Review the agent’s configuration and severity thresholds
  4. Contact support@contraforce.com with specific examples of incorrect decisions
