User Can’t See a Workspace
Cause: The user hasn’t been assigned a role in that workspace. Fix:- Go to Settings → Users & Groups in the target workspace
- Add the user with an appropriate workspace role
- Or add them to a group that has access to the workspace
User Can’t Run Gamebook Actions
Cause: The user has Incident Analyst (read-only) role instead of Incident Responder or higher. Fix:- Check the user’s workspace role in Settings → Users & Groups
- Upgrade their role to Incident Responder or Admin
- The user may need to refresh their browser to pick up the new permissions
User Can’t Configure Settings
Cause: The user needs Admin or Data Source Admin role for configuration changes. Fix: Assign the appropriate admin-level role in the workspace.User Can’t Manage CMS Rules
