User Can’t See a Workspace

Cause: The user hasn’t been assigned a role in that workspace. Fix:
  1. Go to Settings → Users & Groups in the target workspace
  2. Add the user with an appropriate workspace role
  3. Or add them to a group that has access to the workspace

User Can’t Run Gamebook Actions

Cause: The user has Incident Analyst (read-only) role instead of Incident Responder or higher. Fix:
  1. Check the user’s workspace role in Settings → Users & Groups
  2. Upgrade their role to Incident Responder or Admin
  3. The user may need to refresh their browser to pick up the new permissions

User Can’t Configure Settings

Cause: The user needs Admin or Data Source Admin role for configuration changes. Fix: Assign the appropriate admin-level role in the workspace.

User Can’t Manage CMS Rules

Cause: The user needs Content Admin or Admin role. Fix: Assign Content Admin role in the workspace.
