Not Receiving Any Notifications
Cause 1: Wrong module. Full email notifications require the XDR + SIEM module. The XDR-only module has limited notification support. Fix: Verify your module in Settings → Module Configuration. If you’re on XDR-only and need full notifications, consider upgrading to XDR + SIEM. Cause 2: Spam filter. ContraForce notification emails may be caught by your email provider’s spam filter. Fix:- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add ContraForce’s sender email address to your allowlist
- Ask your email administrator to whitelist the ContraForce sending domain
Receiving Notifications for Wrong Severity Levels
Cause: Severity filters are misconfigured. Fix:- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Review and adjust the severity level filters
- Save changes
Notifications Going to Wrong Recipients
Cause: Recipient list needs updating. Fix:- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Update the email recipient list
- Remove incorrect addresses and add the right ones
- Save changes
